11/17/2024 Trinity River steelhead fishing Report

The Trinity River flows are at 350 to 450 cfs depending on the rain we are getting, there are lots of fish in the steel bridge down through Steiner flat Rd area lots of fish spread throughout the river. I will be running trips through February on the trinity river. Now is definitely time to book your trip in advance, Northern California has a lot of options to offer this time of year, we also have the Sacramento River in Redding ca that holds some world class rainbows. It’s some of the very best wild rainbow trout fishing. Also just down river in the balls ferry/barge hole area should be some good steelhead fishing happening in that area as well.
