The lower Sacramento River in Redding ca, is definitely the place to be if you want to catch lots of world class wild Rainbow/steelhead. We are catching 25 to 40 fish everyday, the upper section has been closed since April 1st, come august 1st this upper section will reopen, it’s going to be some of the best fishing we see on the Sacramento River. I only got 4 days available to fish this section in august. Don’t look past this opportunity to get in my boat. You will be glad you did!!
