Sacramento River king salmon fishing report 8/20/2022

Sacramento River king salmon fishing has been off to a slow start do to low water conditions, we are catching salmon daily, with a few tough days in the mix. There are plenty of fish in the cottonwood area. But getting them to bite is another story! The good news is there is a lot of fish on the way so in the next week things will definitely start to get good, we will be having some incredible fishing. The water temp is 56 to 58 degrees. As we get new and bigger groups of kings arriving daily in the cottonwood area. It’s going to be a good time for sure!!
