Trinity River/Sacramento River Fishing Report 2/15/2021: Trinity River Steelhead fishing has been great just about every day. The Trinity River is a great river to fish. It produces lots of hook ups every day. Thats something you won’t find on any other river. Rain is always a considerable factor on any rivers performance . Trinity River fishes best with rain and good water flow.. around 450 to 700 cfs would be optimal flows for us. But even in low clear water we will put fish in the net. Unlike fishing the coastal rivers thats another ball game. the coastal window to fish is a short and finicky one. Determining if you can fish or not. Another reason to apprecaite the Trinity River. Thats why Trinity is so special to me!! We will continue to fish this river until March. We See our biggest Trinity River Steelhead in February and March.

Sacramento River Fishing Report 2/15/2021: The Sacramento River has been fishing really really good. Like always the lower Sac River is just flat out a good place to fish. If you are wanting a fun day of catching fish after fish you will get that here. This place never disappoints our clients. We are having 30 to 45 hook ups a day out here on the Lower Sac. The flows are extremely low. We have been using our drift boat to get after these hard fighting Rainbows!!
