Sacramento River King Salmon August 20th 2020 fishing Report

Salmon season is in full swing. We are taking trips daily on the Sacramento River. It has been great fishing so far this year. We have yet to reach peak season. That happens late August. Some days the morning bite is the best. Other days we will get 3 in a row mid morning. You just never know with Salmon, but thats why they call it fishing. Thats half the fun out here. The excitement of not knowing what the day will bring. We are so lucky to have one of the best Salmon runs right here on the Sac River. These fish keep you entertained jumping and rolling all around you. While you wait for the chance of a bite. I am always trying my best to determine the best plan of attack. I will contact you the night before your trip to give you a time and place to meet. This is necessary for me so I can try to determine the best area currently to catch fish.
