Our Salmon season is on! We are fishing everyday chasing Salmon. We get out on the water before daylight. Its cool in the morning on the water, but warms up quick this time of year. We are back to 2 fish limits. All you need is your fishing license, any snacks and drink you want and a ice chest to take your fish filets home in. We are on the water everyday working hard to get fish in the boat. Our goal ever time we book a trip is to give you the best fishing experience. I stay up on all the flows and areas to give you the best chance to catch fish. Depending on daily changes of Mother Nature I will always contact you with the time and place I feel is our best bet to a successful day on the water.

We have been running brads killer fish with a sardine wrap first thing in the morning. Some days the Sacramento River king salmon hit plugs really well. Other days they don’t want nothing to do with a plug. If thats the case we switch to bait/roe. Its usually one or the other that will put fish in the box so its good not to get stuck on one thing. Timing is key to be successful every day. We have had some hard days and that is typical on the Sac River this early in the season.
