Sacramento River late fall king salmon, 11-24-2021

Sacramento River salmon fishing, we are getting a few bites a day right now, the water temperature is sitting at around 48 degrees in the morning. The best bite is coming later in the day. The reason is the water temp warm’s up a few degrees and the fish get more active. A good warm rain or any rain would definitely help things out in a big way. The weather looks to be nice for now tho, we still have a big full moon, you can bet there are Sacramento River king salmon charging there way up the river all night long. We will start to see more bigger schools of salmon come up every day It’s just a matter of time, the famous barge hole will keep stacking up with bright king salmon. There is plenty of river to fish to get away from boats. So come and enjoy this beautiful weather on the river while it lasts!!
